Matherne Instrumentation provides compound pressure systems designed to protect critical oilfield instrumentation from harsh well fluids while supporting accurate pressure monitoring in demanding field conditions. Our diaphragm protectors help prevent well fluids from entering a pressure system’s internal components with hose lengths up to 50 ft., while our piston isolators provide similar protection for hose lengths up to 140 ft. These components can be used alongside a high pressure transducer or oilfield pressure sensor to help maintain reliable system performance.
Matherne Instrumentation’s 4:1 debooster is also designed to protect internal pressure system components while reducing line pressure by a 4:1 ratio. This allows the operator at the panel to view only 25% of the actual pressure seen at the manifold, helping support safer, more manageable monitoring for compound pressure systems and other oilfield instrumentation applications.
